Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of shipping and customs for returned International orders.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Ensure your original order number is included in the parcel.

Please also email hello@supasnug.com to notify of the return. It would be helpful if you include your tracking number so we can look out for your parcel.

Please ensure that customs documents are correctly completed and any duties and taxes are paid in advance. Any charges that are incurred at point of delivery/collection will be deducted from the refund amount.
